POL-ITE against NYP

Yes, yes. What all of us have been waiting for is here!Match against NYP yesterday. We lost. 2:3. It was a really close match! First game played by Liu Ying, she's really good at attacking and aiming for the right corners. Probably the reason why I lose to her during trng. Then Cassandra. She was leading my one game point, then Elizabeth( her opponent) managed to get the grasp of playing Long pimpled rubber, so she Cassandra lost 1:3. Doubles was next. Li Ying and Carmen were leading by two games, they were awesome! The best female doubles in our team. Somehow, lady luck wasnt on our side and the opponent caught up with us, winning the last game. 3:2. Leckhui was the 3rd singles, played with an obnoxious sickening china girl with a cocky look on her face. She's damn evil and her face is very qian bian. But her skills are quite good, I must say. But Leckhui wont lose to her in terms of skill. LADY LUCK WASNT SIDING US. And lastly, I was the 4th singles. Ha, i must really laugh at myself cause the opponent wasnt very good, yet I lost the first game to her cause I was nervous and I didnt think properly before I returned the ball to her. The 2nd and 3rd game had rather close scores, 11:9 I think. Then I won last game cause the opponent really made careless mistakes such as serving out of table. Oh Im very thankful to Tricia, Fong Zhi, Yi Zhuang and Olivia for coming down to support us thought RP is freaking far and you guys still have school the next day! It was really fun hanging out with you guys cause we seem to have relive those moments when we were once a team. Thanks for the laughter and encouragement you guys have given to me and Leckhui! I LOVE YOU GUYS(: |
