First day of YEAR2, First day being a Junior!Reached just in time for csas3, didnt get to mingle around with my new classmates cause there wasnt a need for interaction during that lesson. Felt weird although I still had some of my old G4 classmates, but there were still strangers. Qiyun seemed to know all of them though haha. Unfamiliar faces. 4 hour break. Lunch with shuyi, ah boh, jing dan, sok leng and qiyun. The whole day felt weird without aunty shuyi. No more 'PRESTO SIM! Qiyun let's dont care about her.' No more shaking of heads because of my slowness. No more pretence by qiyun and aunty that they didnt hear me when crack a cold joke. No more kan chiong-ness. No more laughing at how flat aunty's fingers are. We have to move on, I know. But sometimes, we should look back to see what we've been through. Sometimes, we should bring our past, traces of our footsteps with us to remind us of the memories. |
