Only had Mgen lab today so it was quite slack, like yesterday.Oh I went out with my dear tomodachi yellow xinrong. She was sick but still went out for lunch with me at bugis. And we ate my fav yu pian mi fen, the one i brought june to eat and she started bringing leck to eat. Haha. Im like also promoting the grilled fish at mensa to everyone I know. Hope XR gets well soon to go for her Taiwan trip(((: Okay, introducing our favourite machine of the day. *drumrolls* The CENTRIFUGE. We used it like a lot of times to get the plasmid dna and to wash the plasmid dna into the tube. A lot of steps but they are just like, add this solution, then centrifuge, add this column wash solution, centrifuge then put into new collecting tube. The steps are almost similar.  Ensuring that the tubes are placed in a balanced way so they wont fly out and get shot into the walls or our heads.  nah-dee-yah and wayne.    My partner of the day FARAH cause qiyun wasnt there  Shinta, cassandra and me. Shinta looks more fair than me.  It's like heaven. Cause almost everything is white, lol.  The three buddies! always together!  FAR-RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.  Our final product. The plasmid DNA taken out from the E. Coli after all the centrifugation  Oh then Cassandra, Shinta, Farah, Michelle and Devaki wanted to have lunch before discussing their fpath so I went with them. In the end I sat there with them and listen to them talking about their project. Im spying on them(((: Haha, then shinta wanted to go tampines one to get something and she said she was going alone so I accompanied her(((: Im a good friend right. Haha. |
